In order to be Eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 How To get Refund  & process ?

Once we Approve Return. Then our Team Rise Reverse Pickup Request via Logistic Partner. &  its will be done 2-3 business Days.

Once Your Return Reverse pickup done by our logistics partner and item/product delivered to our wheelhouse our team verify product condition.

 Once refund is processed it will be credited in your account within 5-7 days and it will go back to source .

You can return products purchased from vastriqe.com within the specified return/exchange period of 7 Day

  1. Contact customer care for a 'Return Request'. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
  3. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our courier partner may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our warehouse.

Self-ship: In case your area pincode is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk.Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website.

Note:in the way of self ship customer need to bear shipping charges.company will be not bear any kind return shipping cost

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD) or any other mode we will refund the money in vastriqe.com , which can be used for any purchases on vastriqe.com OR can be transferred to the Bank Account. User would need to add bank account details and then initiate transfer from  Refund amount in processing charge will be (5% GST As per invoice , 2% payment Gateway/Cash Handling Charge , + Rs.175 Return Reverse Pickup Charge ) As per Company Policy  apply. Typically refunds take 3-5 Business days to get reflected in Bank Account.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.

To cancel orders that aren't dispatched yet:

  1. Go to your order.
  2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
  3. Provide reasons for cancellation (optional)
  4. Click on Cancel Checked Items

Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.

If your order is already delivered, you may consider returning it. & go with return & refund policy.
